Vivien Weller Kilby, owner of It's About Time!, worked in the corporate world
for over 30 years in positions that included manager of secretarial services,
desktop publishing specialist, computer trainer and legal secretary. Having
grown up and worked in Latin America, she is fluent in Spanish. She also
has a basic knowledge of French, Italian, and Portuguese.
During her career Vivien experienced first hand, and observed in others, the
stresses of juggling everyday professional and personal obligations. These
experiences laid the foundation for It's About Time!
She also realized that what she enjoyed the most was working with people on
a more personal basis. She is now happy to use her skills and experience to
make a difference in people's lives, by handling tasks that can be easily
delegated.
Vivien is proficient in a variety of software programs, including the Microsoft
Office Suite, Quickbooks, Quicken. She has also worked with CorelDraw and
various other desktop publishing products, including Adobe Professional,
Illustrator, PhotoShop and PageMaker (now InDesign).
In her free time, Vivien enjoys most outdoor and water related activities. She
also enjoys the arts, live music, and traveling.
